Please Dev consider about this , since almost of us ( regular player ) play in merge server , its demanding more mobile and active to be competitive . 180 hours CD kinda ridiculous and 10.000 honor point price would be nice

I think the price is ok after the advanced build option but you are right about the cool down i will try forward tgis to the devs

Merge server pretty such hell , 24/7 non stop ganking from enemies unions
Advance build just give 8k honor point for 1 Shield Peace which just work for 12 hours. And if my spring dried up its need around 56 hours to recover. Especially when throne war , u cant buy spring healing water at that mystery zone . You need relocate and get in again (total cost 16 k honor point for 2 mystery reloc card + random card )
Thats why i suggest need a bit reduce . Would be nice if the price is 10 K which affordable

Yes the cooldown is too long. The price is ok but if you can lower the price of precise relocation card that will be great also.

I'm okay with the proces for all... but cooldown on mm reloc is way too long.

A good amount of time would be four days for mm, three for turf. Also, ten days for citadel is far too long. Five days (a working week) seems acceptable. Even that won't save it from attacks but that is okay
